Who is

Udy?

My name is Udy Harper. I am an independent Salon and Beauty Business Consultant, Author, Real Estate Agent, and Entrepreneur. I successfully support people in realizing their full potential and giving their lives a new direction. I listen to understand, evaluate concerns and challenges; then work together with you for possible solutions, and thereby help you to develop new perspectives. Together we discover your personal road to more success, inspiration, satisfaction, empowerment, and strength.

With over 27 years experience in the beauty industry, my business and people skills have been put to the test time and time again.  However, my effective leadership quality traits, and faith gave me ample of grace to endure, and not allow those situations got the best of me -  from owning my own salon, spa, and boutique;  being an educator for 16 years, to being a top performer in a corporate salon and retail business setting for 8 years. One thing that was and will always be necessary is the gift of empathetic leadership. 
My aspiration to inspire, empower, and encourage people from all walks of life led to my first self-published book. My passion for people, and homeownership was the fuel to becoming a Licensed Real Estate agent (Realtor).

No matter what turns my career or life  takes, my motto will always be that "I Aspire To Inspire".  I would love the opportunity to work with you in the capacity of business consulting or in the purchase or sale of your next home.

 Udy Harper - aka LadyUdy, is my name. A distinguished professional known for my extensive knowledge of the region and unparalleled negotiation skills have earned me a reputation as one of the best in my field.


I am passionate about people and believe that homeownership is a fundamental human right. I strives to make every transaction as smooth and stress free as possible. I recognizes that my clients should be prioritized over all else, staying with them from the beginning to the end and committed to their interests and decisions.


I have over 20 years of leadership experience and entrepreneurship. I loves all things beautiful and have spent over 25 years in the beauty, fashion and cosmetics industries as an owner, stylist, artistic director, educator and management. Her aspiration to inspire, empower and encourage people from all walks of life led to the publication of my first book, “Ekaette is Unbroken” by Desire Monday. 


I am very family oriented and a proud mother of four successful and accomplished adult children. Through a relentless work ethic, commitment and dedication, I gives my clients the keys to their homes.
